Our 7-day return window.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, original-condition items. Open a support ticket from your dashboard with your order number and a brief reason.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
